Eric Gam Commissioner, Toronto Community and Neighbourhood Services

Eric Gam has been Commissioner of Toronto Community and Neighbourhood Services since June 2002. This department, with over 10,000 staff, is responsible for providing
social assistance, subsidized child care, municipal homes for the aged, emergency shelters, social housing administration and community supports. Through two public
boards, the department also provides library and public health services.

Mr. Gam's career includes private sector experience as an analyst and economist in the investment department of a major financial institution, and provincial
government experience as a program and budget analyst, executive assistant to two deputy ministers, and as a local manager with the Ontario Ministry of Community
and Social Services.

Since joining the former Metro Toronto Community Services Department in 1981, he has been Director of Operational Analysis and Review, Executive Director,
Administrative Services, and Executive Director, Social Development and Administration, responsible for social policy research, analysis and planning, community
development and support, and management and administrative support services.

Robert Harding Chairman, Brascan Corporation

Robert Harding is Chairman of Brascan Corporation, an asset management company with a focus on real estate and power generation. Brascan has direct investments of
$16 billon and a further $7 billion of assets under management. As Chairman, Mr. Harding is responsible for strategic initiatives, risk management, communications
and governance and compliance for the Brascan group of companies. He is also a director of several public companies including Falconbridge Limited, Noranda Inc.,
Burlington Resources Inc., Nexfor Inc. and BPO Properties Limited.

Mr. Harding is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, B.Math, 1980, and obtained his designation as a Chartered Accountant in 1981. Mr. Harding was honoured as
one of Canada's Top 40 under 40 in 1996 and was elected a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) in March 2000. In 2002, he was also awarded the Queen's Golden Jubilee
Medal for his community service.

He is also Chairman of the Board of Governors of the University of Waterloo; Chairman, Campaign Waterloo, Building a Talent Trust; and a member of the Board of
Trustees of United Way of Greater Toronto.

Frances Lankin President and CEO, United Way of Greater Toronto

Frances Lankin is President and CEO, United Way of Greater Toronto, which works to strengthen neighbourhoods in Toronto by funding a network of 200 social and
health service agencies. In January 2004, the charity celebrated its most successful fundraising campaign ever, raising $84.3 million for its agencies, as well
as other United Ways and charities designated by donors.

She also co-chaired the Toronto City Summit in June 2002, and is a member of the Toronto City Summit Alliance Steering Committee.

Ms. Lankin's life and career have been dedicated to some of the most important issues of the day. An ardent and passionate advocate for social justice, she has been
a strong and respected force on community and social issues related to children, youth, disabled people, seniors, women and health and long-term care.

She was Member of Provincial Parliament for more than a decade, and was appointed Minister of Government Services and Chair of the Management Board of Cabinet in
1990. She went on to serve as Minister of Health (1991-93) and Minister of Economic Development and Trade (1993-1995).
